The staircase up to the attic is one of my favorite places for junk.
What to do with a box, or the Christmas decoration that didn’t get stored away,
or just to store toilet paper…? Perfect location to delay a decision.
The
task for Day 13 was to clear the stairs in order to give easy access to the
attic so we can bring down all the stuff that's going to go in the dumpster that
we’re going to rent. Wow, that was a lengthy, rambling explanation, but then
it’s a long way from the attic to the driveway.
Note the Christmas wrapping paper on the stairs. That’s what’s left of a
bunch of rolls that my husband brought home from the put-and-take. We’ve been
using the paper to wrap birthday presents and other gifts. It’s a festive way
to recycle. No way am I letting go of that last roll!
