Doing
jigsaw puzzles is a change of pace for me here at the cottage. My mind goes off
in a different direction, or as I say, ‘I get out of my head.’ I like 1000
piece puzzle with details that match the cover photo. In other words, I don’t
like a puzzle of white clouds covering more white clouds.
But what to do with the puzzles after the last piece goes in? Framing
them is no way to get rid of stuff, although I do like to keep them around for
a while. But alas, I’m getting rid of that, too. Last night, as I moved the
compete puzzle of St. Francis from table to floor, enough of the pieces fell off
for me to decide to bag it and box it and let it go to one of my puzzle
friends.
