Did you notice that I
changed the bi-line a tad? From it’s time
to go, to it’s time to stay (just
for today). As I’ve mentioned, we’ve let go of a lot of stuff at our house; for
the time being, the major purge is complete. And what’s more, here at the
cottage I bring very little. The owners stuff is not my stuff; I feel no
compulsion to help them let go of any of it. 
When I arrived on the first
day of my 2012-13 stay, I was delighted to be greeted by the cyclamen that my
daughter had given me for my birthday a year ago, and which I had left for the
owners to enjoy. There is was, waiting for me, equally content on the kitchen
table or on the deck.
