Not that
we had ever had these hobbies of music and astronomy; we just accumulated the equipment
and accessories, namely a music stand and telescope. How imposing that brass
music stand looked!! But really, we were never attempting to impress anyone; we
were just creating a decorative feng shui. Not any more. Now we’re into simple
and utilitarian. So out they go to our son, who is enough of a minimalist only
to take what he plans to use.
